This is a time when many start setting New Years Resolutions. I for one do not. Most people, around 90% do not keep New Year’s Resolutions. Their intent is good, but for whatever reason most people just don’t follow through to the end.
Personally, I do much better if I set a lifestyle change for myself. I write down what I want to change and post that on the refrigerator, even the bathroom mirror. I then tell my friends, write about it in a blog and even post it on YouTube, why? So I am accountable for my words and actions. If I miss my goal, or lifestyle change, all of you will know…the same holds true if I meet it too. 🙂
